Your contract will specify the exact work to be performed and all materials to be used. We do not add extras. The contract price is exactly what you will pay.

Scheduling

Roofing is a highly weather dependant industry, so we meat absolutely guarantee an installation date. We will notify you if we need to reschedule. We always call the day before your scheduled installation to remind you and make sure you are prepared.

Installation

We will advise you when the crew arrives to start your installation. It is okay if you are not home, we know what to do! There are many preparations for a quality installation and some of the most important are making sure that your house and property are protected from damage. We only use our own certified installers to ensure that the work meets our high standards and that everyone on the job is accountable for their work.

Warranty

In addition to the shingle manufacturer's warranty, we protect you with our: 10-Year Installation Warranty. We will repair, at no charge to you, any installation faults for a full 10 years.

Payment

We do not ask for deposits. The full payment is due only when the installation is completed with your satisfaction.
